Responsibility for goods and acceptance

The products we deliver remain our responsibility upto the point at which we hand them over and receive your signature of acceptance. After this, the customer becomes responsible. You should ensure that the products arrive in good condition before you accept the delivery.

Inability to supply

In the event that an ordered item is unavaible, we reserve the right to cancel this part of the order. We will notify you immediately and provide an IMMEDIATE refund to you (same day).

Returns

Any problems with product quality should be notified immediately on delivery, and for fresh products within one day of delivery, packaged products with 1 week of delivery. We will refund immediately or replace any poor quality or defective product, without further formality.

Ordering on time

If you don't order on time, we reserve the right to move your order to the followind delivery cycle. In order to guarantee supply and quality it is in your own interests to order before Midnight on Tuesday before delivery.

Payment

We pay our producers on collection and all our internet orders must be pre-paid before they are accepted for delivery. If you have any technical problems with payment, please contact me at mjcoxall@biobox.es

Delivery Address

We will try to deliver anywhere. But we need a proper address and if necessary a GPS position. We cannot deliver in areas where the terrain/conditions are dangerous to our drivers. If you live in a difficult area, make an arrangement with a friend, a bar, hotel, restaurant, petrol station where we can deliver.
