Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to the whole of Andalucia and by special arrangement we deliver in the whole of Spain. In Málaga province we deliver Tuesday and Wednesday. In the rest of Andalucia we deliver on Wednesday only. To get an urgent delivery email admin@biobox.es and we will try to oblige.

What size box will I need?

The standard medium sized box is generally for couples and small families. The large box is for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children, the small box is suitable for a single adult.

Can I choose my own box contents?

Yes. The standard boxes are a selection of the fruit and vegetables in season but if you want to create your own box or add to teh contents of the standard boxes, then just order exactly what you want.

Do I have to be in for the delivery?

No. Most of our customers are not in, we'll leave the box in a convienient, safe place pre-arranged by you. Just let us know where and when when you register your account. Please ensure that the driver can find you. If you live in the campo consider using a "drop off" address like a bar, hotel, garage, friend and please give a GPS if possible.

How do I pay?

You pay online via Paypal which allows payment by most credit cards

Am I commited to a box every week?

No. There is no commitment, you can drop in and out as you please.

Can I have a box every fortnight?

Yes. You can have a box every 2 weeks or just as and when you want one

How do I order?

Use the online ordering system here and we will take care of delivery. But if you want, you can email email admin@biobox.es  with your order.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, we deliver to your door and we have to charge you a little for this. We promise to keep the delivery charges to a minimum

Is there a minimum order?

Yes €35.00 is the minimum order.

Do you give discounts for quantity?

Yes, all products have associated discounts at different levels and quantities, designed to automatically give trade and catering discounts. Are ALL your products certified as organic?

Yes, we only work with farmers who are fully certified under EU regulations. In Andalucia this means they are cerified CAAE, AgroColor, or Ecocert. Our own farm is certified by CAAE:
