Delicious sun-dried tomatos from the mountainsides of the Alpujarras in Granada province. No kitchen should be without them.  A moist, ready to use ingredient. Sun drying removes only the water from the tomato - concentrating flavour and nutrients. Sun dried Tomatos have a sweet, intense, tomato taste, dark red colour and moist texture making them a good choice for use in cooking, sauces and salad preparations.

Sun dried Tomato halves are often used as an antipasti appetizer, on breads, pizzas and in salads. Often mixed with herbs as a stuffing for beef and poultry. Use as an ingredient for pasta toppings. Rich in vitamin A, B, C and a valuable source of iron, lycopene, potassium and phosphorus.
