Hand picked, air-dried Organic Rosemary.  Rosemary is a traditional mediterranean herb with an ancient history. Apart from being extremely nutricious and tasty, it is believed to improve the memory! Our cultivated Romero is hand-picked and air-dried in the dark to maintain its strong colour.
