Biobox Orders by email*

If you don´t have the time to register or order your Biobox by internet, you can also place your orders by email.

Simply send your "wishlist" to us and we will create your personalised Biobox order.

When we receive your email order, we will create your order, and send you a payment request by email. As soon as you make payment, your order will be confirmed and scheduled for delivery.

NOTE: The order and payment should be completed by the Tuesday midnight deadline..... otherwise we cannot process your order until the next delivery cycle.

Taking orders by email means that all the administration for these orders has to be handled manually, so the order entry, payment, tax accounting and VAT calculations and accounting. For this additional service we charge a small supplement to cover the labour costs and time.

* Email orders carry an additional charge of €7,50 per order and the normal minimum order value.
