Cortijo Canada de Robledo, in the Sierra de Cadiz, produces a unique oil from truly ancient trees, closely related to the wild olive. This single estate oil is pressed and packed on the farm as it has been for centuries and is a very fine and fruty oil. It is famous for its taste.

The press of Cortijo Canada is a modern, "cold" press designed to preserve the maximum amount of natural nutrients, and produces an exclusive oil. Olives are milled within 8 hours of picking to maintain the maximum fruitiness and the essential low acidity. None of our oils are filtered..... just pure olive oil straight from the fruit.
