Lemon Verbana is  particularly delicious in herbal tissanes, blended teas, fruit and sweet confectionaries (like jams and pies) and is used to season many other dishes includeing fish dishes (because of its lemon taste and aroma. It is noted as a relaxant, eases cold and cough symptoms and digestive problems.
