Garbanzo pedrosillano 500g
Soak your chickpeas overnight, drain and put in a sprouting container (or cheaper is an old margarine tub with holes in the bottom). Rinse daily for 2-3 days. Once they have short sprouts, then rinse again and boil. They will now only take about 10-15 minutes to cook, and will have lots more nutrients than before they were sprouted. This works for most pulses eg green lentils, mung beans
